Yes! DubenArts offers special gift delivery services. We can deliver personalized toys, accessories, or gifts to children and loved ones for a small fee within major cities in Zimbabwe. Just choose the gift option at checkout or contact us for details.

At DubenArts, we guarantee that all items delivered to you are brand new and of the highest quality. If your product arrives with a manufacturer defect, please contact us via phone or email within 3 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number.

Once the item is returned, inspected, and the defect is confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible. Please note that returns are only accepted for items with manufacturer faults, and not for change of mind or wear and tear.

Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 72 hours from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays, for addresses within major cities in Zimbabwe.

For remote or special locations where standard courier services are unavailable, delivery may require additional time or special arrangements. We’ll contact you directly if this applies to your area.
